The Paddock offers residents their own neighborhood pool. The pool features an infant pool, and larger pool for older swimmers. The area is full of lounge chairs, picnic tables, and even a nice shady area to get a break from the sun. Are your kids interested in being on a swim team in the summer? We partner with another neighborhood to give kids the chance to hone their skills and be a part of a great swim team!

There are lots of great community activities in the Paddock. From Easter Egg Hunts, to End of the School Year parties, to Cookies with Santa - there are events planned year-round.

Green space abounds throughout the neighborhood. There are several common areas that residents can take advantage of.
